Registration and Attendance Policy

Attendee Qualifications

By registering for the K-Beauty Aesthetic Summit (KBAS), you represent that you are a licensed medical professional or a qualified employee of a medical practice. We reserve the right to verify professional credentials and may deny entry or remove any individual whose professional status cannot be confirmed.

Safety and Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe and professional environment for all participants. Attendees are expected to behave in a professional manner. We reserve the right to ask any attendee to leave the event if their behavior is disruptive or causes concern for the safety of others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Delegate Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@kbeautyaestheticsummit.com.

  • 30+ Days Before Event: A refund of 80% of the registration fee will be issued, with 20% retained as a processing fee.

  • 15–30 Days Before Event: A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be issued.

  • Less Than 15 Days Before Event: No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 15 days of the summit.


No-Show Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for individuals who fail to attend the summit without prior written notice.


Summit Postponement or Cancellation

In the event that KBGAS is required to cancel the live conference, registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fee. KBGAS is not responsible for any personal charges associated with cancelled flights, hotel rooms, or other travel expenses.


Liability and Photography Release

Waiver of Liability

By attending the summit, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to infectious diseases or any personal injury that may occur during the event or while traveling to and from the venue. You agree to release and hold harmless the founders, speakers, and the venue from any claims or causes of action arising from your participation.


Medical Disclaimer

The information presented at KBGAS is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or business advice. Practitioners are responsible for using their own clinical judgment and following local standards of care when implementing new techniques.


Photo and Video Release

Please be aware that KBGAS will be photographing and videotaping the event for educational and promotional purposes. By attending, you grant the organizers the irrevocable right to use your voice and image in all media formats without compensation or further approval.


Code of Conduct

Professionalism
All participants, including attendees, speakers, and exhibitors, are expected to treat one another with respect and dignity. Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to offensive verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, or unwelcome physical contact, will not be tolerated.


Exhibitor Engagement

While we encourage interaction with our industry partners, attendees must respect the designated exhibition times and spaces. Solicitation by non-exhibiting companies is strictly prohibited on the summit floor.


Dispute Resolution

Agreement to Arbitrate

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to your participation in the summit or these policies, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation.


Official Arbitration Hearing

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the parties agree that any dispute shall be resolved through an official arbitration hearing. This hearing will serve as the final and binding method for resolving any legal disagreements between the organizers and the participant.


Governing Law and Location

All arbitration proceedings and legal actions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. The parties agree that the official arbitration hearing and all related proceedings shall take place in San Francisco, California.


Privacy Policy

Information Sharing
We respect your privacy and will not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your contact information with official event sponsors or exhibitors to facilitate networking and industry engagement.


Electronic Communications

By registering, you consent to receive electronic communications from KBAS regarding event updates, future summits, and professional opportunities. You may opt out of these communications at any time.
