  • Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. Cancellations within 30 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

  • Yes, registration transfers are permitted with advance notice. Please contact us at least 7 days before the event to process the transfer.

  • Yes, KBAS 2026 is designed to provide approximately 7 hours of CME/CE credits. Accreditation details will be finalized and communicated to registered attendees.

  • We're limiting attendance to 100 practitioners to ensure an intimate, high-quality learning experience. Once capacity is reached, we will maintain a waitlist and notify registrants of any openings.

  • Yes! Groups of 3 or more from the same practice receive a 10% discount. Contact us directly for group registration codes.
